How do I use Monopay?

Monopay can be used by both individuals and businesses for payment in online shops. All you need is a valid payment card. 

The first time you use Monopay you’ll be automatically set up as a user. You will provide the following information to complete your purchase:

1) A valid e-mail address, which will be used subsequently for logging in
2) Contact details
3) Payment card information
4) A unique login password

Once you have made your first purchase with Monopay, subsequent purchases can be made directly from the online seller’s shopping basket in a matter of seconds: just log in and check out.

Which types of payment card can I use?

You can pay with Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit or Maestro.

Is it safe to use Monopay?

Monopay complies with all applicable rules for the processing and storing of payment information. Your payment data is handled using secure SSL-encrypted connections and stored on PCI-certified systems subject to ongoing security checks.

Does it cost anything to use Monopay?

No. Monopay is free for you as a customer.
